When you want to send out bulk sms messages you can upload a list in CSV format. (Excel spreadsheet saved as a CSV (Comma Delimited) File.) This is useful when you want to send out an SMS at month end and remind people of their specific outstanding amounts.

To help you set up a spreadsheet where the phone number is in one column and the message in the second column you may need to use the concatenate and Ampersand functions to create the second column quickly.
